Washing of workpieces

We are operating two washing machines for industrial use. One hood type washing machine for stainless material, and one big machine for cleaning and washing of workpieces from cast iron and steel. This machine has two seperate baths for cleaning and rinsing. The filter unit is 100 µm.

Verification of the technical cleanliness:

Residual dirt analysis based on VDA 19.1, particle size, number of particles, material.
